Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in East Sussex

Based in Lewes, East Sussex, I provide expert musculoskeletal physiotherapy tailored to your unique lifestyle and recovery goals. Whether you are dealing with a sudden injury or managing a long-term condition, my focus is on working with you to better understand your pain and to help you navigate forward to regain your strength, mobility, and confidence.

As an HCPC-registered chartered physiotherapist with extensive experience working within the NHS and private settings, I provide comprehensive assessment and treatment for a wide range of conditions, including:

  • Acute Injuries: Sudden strains, sprains, muscle tears, and sports-related injuries.

  • Chronic & Long-Term Conditions: Persistent back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, and repetitive strain issues.

  • Post-Operative Rehabilitation: Structured recovery plans following orthopedic surgery to restore full function.

  • Overuse & Tendon Issues: Tendinopathies, joint stiffness, and postural discomfort related to daily or work activities.

Performing arts

Before transitioning into MSK physiotherapy, I spent years working worldwide as a professional classical singer. Having navigated the intense physical demands of high-level performance myself, I hold a deep appreciation for the requirements of performing artists and implications of vocal and respiratory health.

While my clinic serves a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, I maintain a keen specific interest in working with singers, dancers and other performing artists from a variety of disciplines.
